The Concept Behind the Name
  • Thinklets is derived from Think-To-Let — or To-Let-Not.
    It reflects the core philosophy of the workshop: ideas are not discussed — they are tested, defended, and validated.

  • The “S” stands for multiplicity.
    Multiple ideas. Multiple approaches. Multiple breakthroughs.

 
How It Works

Thinklets operates using the DADI™ Model:

 

Diagnose
We align with the direct supervisor to define a clear business goal or capability gap.

Architect
A real-world task or problem is designed around current organizational challenges.

Deploy
Participants are divided into competing teams, each developing a strategic solution under structured guidance.

Impact
The final day is Pitch Day — where teams present their solutions to managers and decision-makers for evaluation, recognition, and potential adoption.
