About the Role
Adjunct Instructors collaborate with Leaderspark on corporate learning projects focused on innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering innovation and entrepreneurship-focused workshops and executive sessions
Facilitating interactive discussions and ideation sessions with senior leaders
Bringing real-world cases, startup insights, and innovation practices into the learning experience
Supporting the design or adaptation of learning materials when required
Aligning delivery with Leaderspark learning standards and program structure
Delivering sessions online, inside corporations, or at professional venues
This is an on-call role, with engagement per project and compensation per training day.
