About the Role

Adjunct Instructors collaborate with Leaderspark on corporate learning projects focused on strategy and leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering strategic management workshops and executive sessions
Facilitating discussions with CEOs and senior leaders
Bringing real-world strategic cases and insights into the learning experience
Supporting the design or adaptation of learning materials when needed
Aligning delivery with Leaderspark learning standards and program structure
Delivering sessions online, inside corporations, or at professional venues

This is an on-call role, with engagement per project and compensation per training day.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about shaping how leaders think strategically. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenging assumptions, facilitating high-level discussions, and translating strategy into practical business decisions.

Our adjunct instructors are practitioners who bring real strategic experience into the learning environment, helping leaders reflect, question, and act with clarity.
