About the Role

Adjunct Instructors collaborate with Leaderspark on corporate learning projects designed for executives and senior professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering finance-focused executive workshops and learning sessions

Facilitating interactive discussions with CEOs and senior managers

Bringing real-world financial cases and insights into the learning environment

Contributing to the development or adaptation of learning materials when required

Aligning delivery with Leaderspark learning standards and program structure

Supporting learning engagements delivered online, inside corporations, or at professional training venues

This is an on-call role, and instructors are engaged per project and compensated per training day.

Requirements

We are looking for a finance professional who is passionate about inspiring others to understand the financial side of business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing real-world insights, facilitating thoughtful discussions, and helping leaders connect financial thinking with strategy and performance.
